At DePal, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience with us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, if:
The product arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
The product's seal was broken on delivery.
The product was expired at the time it reached you.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice during pickup.
We don’t accept returns or refunds for items bought during sales, or those under our gifting range.
Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll get:
A replacement (delivered within 3–5 working days after pickup), or
A refund to your original payment method.
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend recording a short video while unboxing your delivery, clearly showing the package label and contents.
Refunds are processed only after your return is received and inspected.
Partial COD payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
